Why did we create the app?

At Strata Title Administration, we’ve been proudly serving the Body Corporate community since 1996. We understand the complexities of ownership in multi-unit developments. Our mission is to simplify the experience for owners and to take care of the complexities, so you can focus on enjoying your unit, be it your home, investment or place of work.

While your Body Corporate Manager handles the legal, financial, and administrative tasks, we understand that some responsibilities still fall on owners and that you need to be kept informed.

That’s where the Strata Title App comes in—to streamline these tasks and save you time, making it easier to manage your property matters effortlessly.

How to Login?

1. Make sure you’re already signed up for the owner portal (Strata Connect). Not signed up yet? No worries—our team is ready to help! Contact us at bc@stratatitle.co.nz, and we’ll get you set up in minutes.
2. Once signed up, simply use your Strata Connect login details to access the app.
